Baked Bananas w: Greek Yogurt & Agave Nectar
If you have a sweet tooth this can be a healthy alternative to keep the sugar monster at bay. Load with chopped nuts & grated dark chocolate! Recipe for 1.
1 banana, sliced in half lengthways
2 tbsp agave nectar
Dark chocolate for grating
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 150degrees. Place sliced banana in tin foil, to create a parcel & pour nectar on top.
Pop in oven for 10 minutes, until the banana begins to caramelise.
Remove & add grated dark chocolate, nuts & yogurt.
