Put all ingredients into a pan and cover (just) with boiling water, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
Wait for it to cool down, whizz in a food processor or nutribullet with the water. Once blended, heat in a pan with olive oil, warm through & set aside.
Fry the onion in olive oil until translucent, add the sweet potato, cumin & chilli seeds stirring continuously. Add the jalapeños.
Once the sweet potato begins to soften & brown, lay mixture over half of each wrap, add the goats cheese sporadically. Fold over the other side and flattening.
Use a clean pan, put on a low heat & dry fry on each side for around 4 minutes until it starts to melt the goats cheese & the wrap starts to flatten.
